No, I haven't tried to create a USB and flash the bios from pre-starting time upward. How practise y'all exercise that with given EXE from Dell?

To update your BIOS from the F12 One-Time boot carte du jour, y'all will need a USB key formatted to the FAT32 file system, (The key DOES NOT take to be bootable.) and the BIOS executable file that yous downloaded from the Dell Support Website and copied to the root of the USB key. Yous will too need the Ac power adapter continued to the arrangement and a function system battery to flash the BIOS.

When you say dissimilar files/versions do you mean y'all've downloaded older BIOS versions. If it's also far behind, you take to become older BIOS versions from dell and update it incrementally.

How many versions out of date is it?

Accept y'all created a usb device and flashed the bios from the pre-start up?

Can you lot run Dell Command Update and allow that find the right file and run it? Version 2.four is smart enough to download an older BIOS if y'all need to install that showtime, and so when you lot run it once again it volition get the newer version.

Bad RAM can too cause 0xc0000005, then check that as well. Besides run DISM to check for corruption, since SFC didn't observe anything.

                                DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

And if it finds annihilation:

                                DISM /Online /Cleanup-Paradigm /RestoreHealth

Looks similar OP is running Win10, so 3.0.1 would exist the best version.

If all else fails, you might desire to pop a unlike HDD in with a clean install of Windows, but to get the BIOS updated. Would take care of any Bone issues that may be causing this.

BIOS update failed, it did update a driver.  Just V 2.four as yous suggested was available to download from dell.  Running DISM commands now.
